ORDER
The petitioner herein is one of the named accused in the FIR and her husband is the first accused. The complaint has been given by one Page No.1/4
Sathymoorthy alleged that his ancestral property inherited by one Aanaikutty Nayakkar been fraudulently sold by fabricating records and suppressing of Civil Suit.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that even reading on the complaint, there is no overt act against this petitioner, except referring her as wife of Ravi, who is the prime accused. There is no allegation to link this petitioner for the offence of forgery, cheating, conspiracy or any other breach of trust.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that based on the complaint dated 07.07.2022, the case has been registered. The said accused Ravi been arrested on 04.09.2023 and he is still in prison. Since the investigation is in the earlier stage, it is not possible to ascertain whether this petitioner has any role in the alleged crime. This Court is full agreement with the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate.
4. Hence, taking on record, the undertaken given by the learned Government Advocate that the investigation will be completed within a period of Page No.2/4
