The application has been filed to mark the evidence the original Will, dated 26.12.2016 and registered as document No.67/2016, before the Sub Registrar, Chennai South, Joint-1.

2. The learned Master should take the original Will on record when produced.

Necessary permission to this Court is not required.

3. The application stands allowed.

4. The witness for the petitioner to appear before the learned Master on 04.11.2022 and documents including the original Will or any other documents required, may be produced by the witness and taken on record and be marked by the learned Master in procedure known to law.

After recording evidence, the matter may be listed before this Court.
