ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the matter and to register an FIR, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.03.2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.On reading of the complaint dated 28.03.2016, it is seen that the dispute is between the petitioner and the opposite parties regarding the properties in which the petitioner has filed O.S.No.81 of 2016 before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur and also obtained an order of interim injunction against the opposite parties. While so, it is alleged by the petitioner that on 25.03.2016, the opposite parties came to the suit properties and caused damages. In connection with this incident, a complaint has been given to the respondent police only on 28.03.2016.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 20.04.2016.
Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
