By consent of both parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has made a representation to the third respondent on 22.09.2016 stating that she has been in possession of the land situate at Nehru Nagar, Velacherry, for the last thirty years and though she has been paying the property tax, electricity service charges and drainage tax for the said land, no allotment order was given to her for the said land. As the said representation has not been considered by the third respondent, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.

Considering the pendency of the petitioner's representation with the third respondent and without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
