Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to register the FIR in the CSR copy No.123/2016 dated 15.04.2016 as against the alleged accused namely Mr.Rajesh, Krishnan and his brother Mr.Rajesh Prabu, resident of No.44, APN Nagar, Salaiyoor East, Tambaram, Chennai and investigate the afore said case in a proper manner and direct to file its final report before this Court within the stipulated time. ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register an FIR in CSR No.123 of 2016, dated 15.04.2016, investigate the same and to file final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.04.2016, a case has been registered in Crime No.224 of 2016 for offences under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC on 24.05.2016. The said statement is recorded.

In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
