The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 318(4) of BNS in Cr.No.209 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail petition on merits, vide order dated 14.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.15942 of 2025. Within few days, the petitioner has filed another bail petition seeking the very same relief without any change in circumstances. Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
