CMP No.22598 of 2023 and CMA.No.2396 of 2003 M.DHANDAPANI., J This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Murugesan in this case viz., 1)M.Aravindh, 2)Aishwarya and 3) D.Lakshmi as proposed petitioners 2 to 4 in CMA.No.2396 of 2003.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and accordingly, this petition is ordered.
