This petition has been filed to restore the order of dismissal dated 19.04.2018 in CMA No.2396 of 2003.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

3. Accordingly this Petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to restore the main appeal and list the matter on 12.12.2023.
