This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram instead of POCSO at Gingee made in Crl.O.P.No. 21571 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Since this petition is pending before this Court, one month time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order copy and issue a fresh order copy in Crl.O.P.No.21571 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024 to the parties.
