, J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 345 days in filing this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.B.Tamil Nidhi, learned Additional Government Pleader undertakes to file vakalat for the respondents and did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 345 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.B.Tamil Nidhi, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents in the cause list.

5. Registry is also directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
