This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.21831 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is complying with the condition imposed in another case, i.e.

she is reporting before Judicial Magistrate-II, Ponneri in Crl.O.P.No.21460 of 2024, and at the same time petitioner is unable to report before Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection in modifying the condition as against the petitioner.

4. Considering the reason stated by the petitioner that petitioner is complying the condition before Judicial Magistrate-II, Ponneri in another case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial MagistrateII, Ponneri on all working dates at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
