ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2016 and to file final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 15.04.2016 to the 1st respondent by Registered Post.

3.In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the 2nd respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise, the petition may be closed under due intimation to the petitioner.
