This petition has been filed to modify the bail condition imposed in para no.6(b) of the order dated 04.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21643/2024 passed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made on both sides and nature of offences and considering the reasons stated by the petitioner and the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Ponneri, on all working days until further orders. Accordingly, ordered.
