ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.272 of 2022 on the file of the Nemili Police Station.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and Final Report was filed before the Special Court, Salem and it has been taken on file in C.C.No.148 of 2022.

3. In view of the above, there is no scope to interfere with the F.I.R in this stage. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings pending in C.C.No.148 of 2022 pending on the file of the Special Court, Salem, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed off. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
