When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Special Counsel would fairly submit that the petitioner may be permitted to participate in the counselling, subject to verification of the genuineness of the certificate dated 30.07.2025.

2. In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the NRI counselling. However, the benefit of this order shall enure to the petitioner only if the genuineness of the certificate dated 30.07.2025 is established.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 01.08.2025 kv Note: Issue order copy on 04.08.2025.
