This petition has been filed for extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras, in Crl.O.P.No.21786/2022 dated 12/09/2022 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to mobilise the funds due to poor financial conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.

Accordingly, ordered.
