Heard Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Ms.M.Sneha, learned counsel appearing for the official respondent.

2. These 37 persons, who are proposed parties to be impleaded as party respondents in the main writ petition are the selected candidates under NRI quota for getting admission in the first year Postgraduate course in medicine for the academic year 2022-2023.

3. Since their selection and admission has been questioned in the writ petition, this Court feels that without hearing these 37 candidates, the issue raised in the writ petition cannot be effectively and completely adjudicated. In view of the same, this Court feels that, the present miscellaneous petition to seek implementation of these 37 parties can be allowed. Accordingly, it is ordered.
