2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that the Special Leave Petition has been filed before the Apex Court in S.L.P.(C) No.34135 of 2016, in which, an interim order has been granted.

4.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
