ORDER

This civil revision petition seeks expeditious disposal of the case in D.V.C.No. 20 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I called for a report from the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram as to how long it will take for her to dispose of the said proceedings. The learned Magistrate has sent a report dated 03.10.2024 pointing out that the proceedings are now posted for cross examination of P.W.1 on 07.11.2024. She has given an assurance that she would dispose of the matter within a period of six months.

3. Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.20 of 2023 pending on her file within a period of six months from today.

This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
