Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order vide proceedings No: Ne.Mu.2155/2024/A2 dated 04.11.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, directing the 1st to 5th respondents to issue the Patta favour of the petitioner mother namely Malachi in Survey Number 95/2, 95/3, 95/4 situated at Jangalvadi Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District.
