This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, to set aside the proclamation of sale issued in E.P.No.9 of 2017 in O.S.No.203 of 2014 Page No:1/3

dated 24.04.2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Udumalpet. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has become infructuous and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission and also an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
