This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give police protection for surveying and measuring the cart track, which is the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.157 of 2007 on the file of the Sub-Court, Tirupur based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.12.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that both the parties have compromised between each other and they have no objection for surveying and measuring the cart track, which is the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.157 of 2007 on the file of the Sub-Court, Tirupur.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
