This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14575 of 2023 dated 03.07.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. It is stated that in Crime No.235 of 2023, interim stay was granted by this Court vide order dated 13.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20893 of 2023.

3. Considering the above, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14575 of 2023 dated 03.07.2023 is totally relaxed.
