This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he should appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.12556 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7541 of 2023 dated 16.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court for NDPS &EC Act Cases, Chennai on every alternate Monday at 10.30 a.m., apart from the Court hearing dates, until further orders.
