J U D G M E N T

This appeal has been filed to set aside the Judgement and Decree dated 07.03.2016 passed in A.S.No.21 of 2014, on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur, confirmed the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.9 of 2011, dated 10.12.2013 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tiruvallur.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Krishnasamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.09.2023, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the Appeal suit was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 12.09.2023. On 12.09.2023, there was no representation for the appellant, hence, the Registry is directed to print the name of the appellant in the cause list. Even today, the name of the appellant is also printed in the cause list but there is no representation for him.
