ORDER
This present writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 12.06.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for execution of lease agreement in his name in respect of the Wakf properties.
2. Heard Mr.Y.Kajanavas, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Haja Mohideen Gisthi, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondents to deal with the representation given by the petitioner dated 12.06.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
