O R D E R

The petition has been filed to set aside the order pass by the Principal Session Judge in Crl.M.P.No.19698 of 2019 dated 24.09.2019 and to modify the bail condition passed in M.P.No.8706/2019 on 06.08.2019 passed by the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore, Chennai - 600 008. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that even earlier the conditions imposed by the Trial Court have not been complied with by the petitioner. Therefore, this petition cannot be considered.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer sought for in this petition. As such the condition already imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8706 of 2019 by an order dated 24.09.2019 is modified as "the petitioner shall appear before the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai daily at morning 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.30 am and evening 05.30 pm for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 4.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
