(Order of the Court was made by M VENUGOPAL,J.,) The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Writ Petition that a Report was received from the Respondents dated 11.12.2018 that the entire unauthorised construction was removed on 10.12.2018 and therefore, the Petitioner is not pressing the Writ Petition. 2.

Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
