O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct re post mortem of the petitioner's husband's body by the panel of doctors which constituted by this Court.

Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
