2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant-Insurance Company.
3. The learned counsel for the first respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition.
4. The petitioner would state that the case bundle was mixed up with other bundles, and thereafter, due to administrative reasons, delay of 316 days occurred in preferring the civil miscellaneous appeal.
5. Accepting the averments made in the petition, this petition shall stand allowed subject to the condition on payment of cost of Rs.500/- to the Chief Justice Relief Fund on or before 14.11.2025.
