ORDER

The petitioner who apprehending arrest by the first respondent herein for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5) and 316(2) of BNS, 2023 (Under Section 34 and 406 of IPC) in Crime No.54 of 2025, seeking interstate anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged offence; and since the respondents are seeking certain personal details of the petitioner, he apprehend arrest and seek interstate anticipatory bail.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent.

4. Though notice has been served on the first respondent, there is no representation for the first respondent.

5. Considering the nature of the allegations, this Court is inclined to grant interim interstate anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of eight weeks to enable the petitioner to approach the Court in Maharashtra for appropriate remedy.

6. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of eight weeks, on condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned XVII-Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet within a period of seven days from the date on which the order copy is made ready and the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within six weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioners may approach the competent Court and seek appropriate relief.

7. The order granted by this Court shall remain in force for a period of

eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or until such time regular orders are passed by the appropriate Court, whichever is earlier. Failure on the part of the petitioner to comply with the order within the time frame fixed by this Court, the order shall stand, automatically, cancelled. 8.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 10-09-2025 gbi Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes Note :
