This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 14.09.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22122 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to compete the investigation in Crime No.507 of 2022 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation and filed closure report dated 30.12.2022 in Crime No.507 of 2022, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arani. 3.
