Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.7352/2022/A5 dated 25.12.2022 and quash the same and consequently confer the cheque signing power of Andipatti Village, Salem District with the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.7352/2022/A5 dated 25.12.2022 and quash the same.

2. When the matter was listed on 19.10.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 21.10.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 21.10.2024, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 2/4

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
