This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 14.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12880 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
