Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider their representation dated 04.10.2016.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2016, the 2nd respondent has not yet passed any order on the same.

4. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 04.10.2016, after giving notice to the other interested persons namely (1) Valliyammal, (2) M.Velayutham and (3) M.Boopathy, in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration, the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2016, after giving notice to the other interested persons namely M.Valliyammal, M.Velayutham and M.Boopathy and pass orders on merits and in accordance of law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
