ORDER
By consent of both parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has made a representation to the respondents on 26.10.2015 seeking issuance of patta in his name for the land in old Survey No.348 and new Survey No.149/A-1B, in Gudalur Village, Gudalur Taluk, Nelgiris District. As the said representation has not been considered by the respondents, the
present writ petition has been filed.
3. Considering the pendency of the petitioner's representation with the respondents and without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above direction, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
