This Criminal Original Petition is filed to provide police protection for constructing the compound wall by the petitioner herein in his patta land.

2. The reading of the material placed before this Court indicates that there is a dispute between the petitioner herein and his neighbour regarding the area in which the compound wall is constructed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that he has given an application to the surveyor on 29.08.2023 to measure the land as per the revenue records and it would be suffice, if the direction given to the respondent police to give police protection to the surveyor while measuring the land.

4. This Court, on considering the request, dispose of the Criminal Original Petition with a direction to the respondent police that, if the surveyor, based on the application given by the petitioner herein dated 2/4
