This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he should report before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in in Crl.O.P.No.17012 of 2023 dated 09.08.2023.

2. Heard. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet is filed in P.R.C. No. 47 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
