ORDER

The petitioner who is the respondent in I.D.O.P.No.370 of 2023 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu, has filed the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.370 of 2023 and to be transferred to the file of the Family 1/5

Court, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection for I.D.O.P.No.370 of 2023 to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai and requested that the parties to be referred to mediation.

3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the records.

4.Considering the fact that the respondent has no objection, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and I.D.O.P.No.370 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu, and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. The Family Court, Chennai, shall endeavor first to attempt mediation between the parties.

5.The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
