ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.04.2016, investigate into the matter and to submit a report to the Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.On reading of the complaint dated 07.04.2016, it is seen that the petitioner has sent a complaint by post to the Commissioner of Police, Salem and the petitioner has not even given the date on which he is said to have paid Rs.7,42,000/- to the opposite party.

3.In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise, the petition may be closed under due intimation to the petitioner.
