The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.17194 of 2000 dated 16.11.2010.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General Assisted by learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Advocate General Assisted by learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the

above said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondents herein. In proof of which, a copy of the status report dated 17.02.2023 passed by the respondents herein has been produced before this Court. This Court had also gone through the same.
