This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to initiate further action based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 25.08.2019 in CSR.No.437 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed on 17.10.2019. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
