ORDER

This petition has been filed for transferring the investigation pending on the file of the 2nd respondent in Crime No.151 of 2022 to any other investigation agency.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Panruti and it is now pending and it has been taken on file in PRC No.2 of 2023.

3.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition. It is left open to the petitioner to go through the final report filed before the concerned Court and if there is any further grievance, the same shall be worked out in the manner known to law.
