ORDER

The present writ petition is filed challenging the seizure memo dated 11.06.2024.

It is submitted by the learned Senior Standing counsel for the respondents that the petitioner had filed an application on 04.09.2024 for provisional release of goods which was seized by second respondent. It is submitted that today, an order has been passed on the said application filed by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above proceedings, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. It is made clear that all the questions are left open.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
