4.Memo of D9 to the effect that the party is no longer a trustee and reporting no instructions is taken on file. 5.In light of specific allegation at paragraphs 5 and 6 of the memo dated 18.03.2022 filed by the 3rd respondent to the effect that despite directions of this Court, there are no effective steps being taken by the Registrar or response to notices issued by the learned Judge Commissioner, let instructions be taken on this aspect.
