ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.10.2015, investigate the same and to file charge sheet, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending before the 2nd respondent. He further submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the investigation.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent police is also directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise, the petition may be closed under due intimation to the petitioner.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
