2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. By order dated 04.07.2016, this Court had directed the petitioner to implead Ravi as one of the respondents. Till date, the petitioner has not taken any steps to even file a petition to implead the said Ravi as respondent.
