Contempt Petition No.2271 of 2023 M.S.RAMESH, J.

The order of the Writ Court was a positive direction to consider the petitioner's representation in the light of the order passed in a batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.1243 of 2019 etc., batch which order was made to similarly placed employees but the petitioner's representation has been rejected through a Government letter dated 04.10.2023 without considering the order passed in the batch of writ petitions but only making a reference to the order. Such rejection may amount to disobedience of the orders of this Court.
