O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Review Application has been filed against the order passed by the Division Bench, dated 05.07.2021, made in WA.No.2410 of 2013. 2.The said Writ Appeal arose out of a common order passed by the Writ Court, dated 23.12.2011, in WP.Nos.7185 of 2001 and 22949 of 2009. 3.The said writ petitions were filed by seven persons including the appellant herein, who was one of the beneficiaries as who had been allotted land under the landless category belonging to Irular community from the land acquired under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Adi Dravidar Welfare Scheme Act.

4.Against the said acquisition, the owner of the land had filed a writ petition successfully, which was allowed by the order of the Writ Court, dated 23.12.2011.

5.As against the said order, the Government had filed appeals in W.A.Nos.2410 & 2411 of 2013 and the said writ appeals were heard together and disposed of by a common order passed by the Division Bench, which is sought to be reviewed here.

6.In fact, today we have already disposed of Review Application Nos. 258 & 259 of 2024 filed by the State against the very same order dated 05.07.2021 as the Review Application No.258 of 2024 has been filed against the order passed in W.A.No.2410 of 2013 as well as Review Application No.259 of 2024 as against W.A No.2411 of 2013. 7.In the said order, we have given reasons as to why the said Review Applications were dismissed. Accordingly, we have dismissed those Review Applications. The reasons stated in the said order would squarely apply to this case also as this appeal also arose out of the common order, dated 05.07.2021. 3/5

The reason being that, the present appellant was the second respondent in W.A No.2410 of 2013, except this, there has been no difference between these cases. Therefore, the order passed by us in Review Application Nos.258 & 259 of 2024 would squarely cover this Review Application also. 8.Hence, the present Review Application is also liable to be dismissed and accordingly dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. (R.S.K., J.) (V.S.G., J.) 23.04.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No sli To:
