C.M.P.No.22030 of 2024 and C.R.P.No.2019 of 2016 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 143 days in filing the petition of restoration to restore the C.R.P.(NPD).No.2019 of 2016, which was dismissed for default on 22.03.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the earlier counsel was held up in other Court, he was unable to appear before this Court on 22.03.2024, thereby, the CRP came to be dismissed for default on that day itself. Further, he would submit that the petitioner is a temple and he seeks that the delay of 143 days in filing the petition to restore the CRP (NPD).No.2019 of 2016 may be condoned.
